sunday was another happy melancholy rainy day and i loved it! i stayed inside all day and sewed crafty things and read my book (see librarian’s log) and listened to another book while i sewed. my kitty kept me company. she was especially happy once i set up a soft blanket underneath a desk lamp for her to curl up on. i feel like i could use about 3 days in a row like that. something about fall sparks the creative urge in me. either that, or it’s just coincidence. last year, i was inspired by the wla conference store wanting to sell some of my stuff (so i created a lot of new things). this year, i’m hoping to put some of my stuff for sale in a new shop in town that recently opened. i think pidoodle designs will be expanding its product line. once i get photos and get my website re-worked a bit, i’ll show you my new stuff. i think you’ll like it.
hey, i need a good tagline for the website. let’s have a contest. come up with a good tagline and if i use your line, i’ll give you a gift certificate for pidoodle.com. remember, it’s all jewelry now, but there will be other stuff (mostly useless fripperies that will be irresistable to unwary shoppers), so generalized taglines are better than ones specific to jewelry. i reserve the right to stick with my own brainstormed taglines, but i’m not going to tell you what those are so that you can come up with your own original, untainted ideas. questions? submissions? write me!
