gourmet grahams?

yesterday, my boss gave me a taste of a graham cracker she had purchased from the whole foods market bakery. yep, it was a graham cracker made from scratch. it was freakin’ amazing. nothing like your average nabisco honey graham or even my new favorite “go-go grahams” from the organic aisle. it was a buttery, melt in your mouth delicious cracker…or maybe you could call it a cookie. apparently, they consider them to be a seasonal treat and only make them in the summer, but you can special order them whenever you’d like. my boss apparently special ordered six packages (not sure how many crackers were in a package) and confessed to me that they cost her a total of $30. maybe i could justify buying one package for myself….
