look, chonny! dere’s a house on da road!

i saw a house on the back of the truck today. not a small playhouse or a half of a “prefabricated home” but an honest-to-goodness, 2-story, semi-victorian style home–the kind that are all over downtown and that are usually filled with college renters. they were waiting for the phone lines to be moved so that they could cross the street. i noticed that there was a couch on the porch (classic college kid decor) and that some guy was stretched out on the couch on the porch, feet up on the railings, drinking some sort of beverage. it would have been completely normal looking, except that the house was on a truck bed and was totally blocking brearly street.
