correction.

a while back, i made a post about the “i want the truth, ruth” sketch and after watching the third electric company episode on the dvd, i think i have to change my assertion that the cartoon originally aired on sesame street. while i didn’t get to see that sketch, i saw a very similar cartoon about “true, blue, sue” and i’m pretty sure “ruth” was on electric company. i wonder if the famous, “myrna’s basement” sketch was actually from electric company too, and not sesame street?

i had fun again yesterday watching e.c. while biking. i discovered another song (all about traffic signs in new york city) that i still remembered all the words to. i was singing along to a song i haven’t heard for twenty five years or more. ah, the power of music.
