an update

the lighting in my living room is horrendous for photography, but here is a picture of the new, curb harvested piece of furniture i wrote about a few days ago. i’m sorry to report that mr. happy stuff wasn’t really all that keen on it and there was some heated ‘discussion’ about whether it was actually necessary to change the furniture situation at all–but it took place after the piece had been moved inside and in the end he declared that he didn’t really care all that much (in a harumphy sort of way)–certainly not enough to move it again (it is really heavy).

so here is an official apology to mr. happy stuff that i am so bull-headed about certain things. i hope you can resign yourself to this new piece of furniture in our house. my favorite part is that the cabinets are big enough to hide your frisbee bag inside.
