an evening at the theatre

just wanted to give a bloggy hurrah to my friends (who sometimes lurk here, i’m told) who opened a fabulous play this evening. it was written and starred and was stage-handed by some people i know (and some i don’t know) and i laughed and laughed. there were ingenious stage directions, great sound effects (live naughty word bleeping!) and some top notch acting. i haven’t been to a play for such a long time. i may have to change that bad habit.
